Job description

We are currently looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing Global Digital & Consumer Marketing team for Penhaligon's and L'Artisan Parfumeur (and more brands to come!) based in London.

In this role, you will be part of a vibrant, bright team of over 35 people supporting a 360 omnichannel business. You will lead the digital media strategy, overseeing paid social, PPC, SEO, affiliates, and VOD/Display media. You will manage all revenue targets and be accountable for the CA&R targets associated.

You will own the strategy for both Penhaligon's and L'Artisan Parfumeur, as well as for a new skincare and lifestyle brand with significant potential.

You will be responsible for...

• Planning, developing, and implementing a full-funnel digital marketing strategy.
• Collaborating with the Brand, ECommerce, and Marketing teams to execute cross-channel campaigns.
• Working with the Brand teams to create best-in-class, digital-first creative assets optimized for channels, placements, and targeting.

You will have...

• Solid experience in a similar media role managing performance channels, ideally within Beauty, Fashion, Luxury, or any DTC innovation-led business.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage people, processes, and communicate with a wide stakeholder group.
• An inquisitive mindset and the ability to challenge and innovate.
• Creative marketing and consumer communication skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and pivot strategies accordingly.
