Job summary

Rocking Zebra in Gloucester seeks a Performance Marketing Manager to own and optimise a £1.5m paid media budget across Google Ads and Meta, with scope for TikTok/Bing. You will drive quality leads, improve conversions, and reduce cost per acquisition by testing audiences, creatives, and landing pages.

You will work with internal teams and external agencies, and support local SEO to boost both paid and organic growth, delivering clear ROI reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Media Manager or Digital Acquisition Manager in agency or client side.
• Strong hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, preferably B2C lead generation.
• Confident in managing significant budgets and communicating commercial impact.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven testing to improve results.
• Strong stakeholder and agency management skills.
• Working knowledge of SEO; experience with SEO platforms is useful.
• Ability to ramp up established campaigns quickly and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise a £1.5m annual paid media budget across paid channels.
• Drive performance across Google Ads and Meta with potential TikTok, Bing, and others.
• Generate quality enquiries, improve landing page conversions, reduce costs.
• Test audiences, creatives, formats, and pages to find strongest results.
• Use GA4, Looker Studio and GTM with funnel reporting to translate data into actions.
• Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to deliver coordinated campaigns.
• Support organic acquisition via keyword insights, content optimisation and local SEO.
• Provide clear reporting on spend, lead quality, conversion, and ROI.
