As we focus on blitzscaling creator acquisition in 2025, we seek a Performance Marketing Lead.

Role

As our Performance Marketing Lead, you will be a key part of our in-house marketing team, responsible for defining and deploying global paid media and lifecycle strategies to acquire creators efficiently while growing brand awareness and favorability.

Responsibilities
  1. Acquisition Strategy: Own customer acquisition, collaborate with teams and agencies, model budgets, forecast ROI, and optimize CAC.
  2. Brand Growth Strategy: Deploy paid media across channels to build brand affinity, balancing performance spend with brand experiments.
  3. Metrics & Measures: Define KPIs, implement dashboards, analyze data to uncover opportunities, and improve tactics.
Candidate Profile

Proven track record in rapid growth environments, strategic vision, executional experience, and analytical skills. Ambitious individuals capable of driving results.
