We’re looking for a performance marketing leader with strong paid mediaexperience to drive our customer acquisition strategy. This role is ideal for someone who’s scaled e-commerce brands through rigorous performance marketing and is ready to take strategic ownership while managing high-performing agency partners.
You'll own our core acquisition engine — overseeing external partners, guiding creative strategy, and aligning paid media efforts with broader growth objectives. At the outset, you’ll manage a paid search agency, so strong channel knowledge and the ability to set clear direction and targets are essential.

Align acquisition and retention strategies for a cohesive customer experience
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with the Head of Growth and senior leadership to align channel performance with company targets.
Provide clear reporting and insights across performance marketing efforts, surfacing growth opportunities and risks.
Help build internal capabilities over time, while continuing to guide agency and external partnerships
