We’re looking for a performance marketing leader with strong paid mediaexperience to drive our customer acquisition strategy. This role is ideal for someone who’s scaled e-commerce brands through rigorous performance marketing and is ready to take strategic ownership while managing high-performing agency partners.
You'll own our core acquisition engine — overseeing external partners, guiding creative strategy, and aligning paid media efforts with broader growth objectives. At the outset, you’ll manage a paid search agency, so strong channel knowledge and the ability to set clear direction and targets are essential.
