Thames Water is seeking a Performance Manager to lead and develop a team of Slow Sand Filter Operators across Ashford and Kempton, delivering safe, reliable water production for London.
You will analyse performance data, prepare reports for stakeholders, manage budgets, and coordinate mobile plant maintenance, while upholding Health & Safety standards and driving continuous improvement.
This is an opportunity to build on your people management experiences in an important role within our critical water infrastructure network. From our Ashford and Kempton sites, every day we provide London and the surrounding areas with high-quality, fresh drinking water.
This role will require you to lead and develop a team of operatives as well as manage the performance of two of the main slow sand filter treatment processes for producing clean drinking water for London. The role also requires you to safely achieve specific operational outputs to the required standards across the business, within budget and deadlines.
