We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Manager to join Stannahs Dedicated Homelift Business, based in Andover.
This job will involve designing and operating the end-to-end performance management system, ensuring rigorous and fair employee evaluations, and linking results to compensation, promotion, and growth.
As the Performance Manager, you will work 37 hours Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:45, Friday 08:00 to 13:00. This job is a permanent contract.

Performance Manager Responsibilitities:
Design, document, and iterate the company-wide performance review framework, including templates, workflows, and automations.
Run the quarterly performance review cycle, ensuring efficiency and high data quality.
Validate the robustness of KPIs across departments and redesign misaligned or ineffective metrics.
Maintain compensation data and link performance reviews to promotions, salary increases, and bonuses.
Create executive-ready reports and dashboards, surfacing trends, biases, and systemic blockers.
Performance Manager Requirements:
35+ years of experience in a performance management role, ideally with quarterly cycles.
Proven ability to build or improve performance management processes from scratch.
Experience linking performance outcomes to compensation and promotions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and anomalies in data.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable narratives.
