Job summary
VIVO Defence Ltd is seeking a Performance Manager to drive operational excellence across the BE South West contract. You will translate performance data into clear priorities and actionable plans, coordinating with operational teams and senior stakeholders.
The role requires degree in business/operations or equivalent, with proven KPI delivery, reporting and continuous improvement experience. You will manage multiple reporting cycles while delivering timely governance and customer insights.
Qualifications
- Degree in business, operations, performance management or equivalent.
- Experience managing operational performance and KPIs.
- Experience with developing recovery and improvement plans.
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
- Knowledge of Excel/PowerPoint and reporting tools.
Responsibilities
- Translate performance data into actionable priorities.
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly reporting and governance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide insights on billable works performance.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
