Job description

Job Title: Performance Development Coordinator (Fixed Term - 12 months)

We are seeking a Performance Development Coordinator to join our team at Heathrow. The successful candidate will coordinate and manage team workloads, ensure timely completion of tasks, and work with stakeholders and third-party suppliers to deliver efficient services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate team activities and manage workload to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers for efficient operations.
  • Support, recognize, and develop team members to foster a motivated environment.
  • Review and improve processes and service delivery, analyzing performance data and metrics.
  • Ensure compliance at Heathrow and identify opportunities for efficiencies.
  • Support people development and related activities.

Additional Duties:

  • Support recruitment, build relationships with operational leaders, and uphold company policies.
  • Supervise compliance with medical and training requirements, focusing on Ground Operations and Critical Services.
  • Manage pass issuance, renewal programs, and relationship with Heathrow Airport Limited.
  • Assist with absence management, wellbeing support, and trend analysis.
  • Uphold company policies, support training programs, and administrative tasks.
  • Engage in stakeholder communication and process improvements for recruitment and contracts.
