We're looking for a Programme Development Coordinator to join our growing team! If you're early in your career (with a few years of experience) and eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges, this could be the perfect role for you.

In this role, you'll support a whole range of client projects as well as our sales efforts while working closely with our entire team. Holly Banham will be your line manager and she will draw on her fifteen years of experience to guide and mentor you, helping you develop new skills, learn at pace, make a real impact to our business and realise your career potential.

This role offers a balance of virtual working from your home environment, supporting workshops at client offices and in-person collaboration days at our headquarters in Northwest London.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

  • Engage directly with clients, building long-term relationships and providing an exceptional client experience.
  • Work closely with senior members of our team on all client assignments.
  • Project and programme management, including drafting agendas, leading on tasks, and managing resources for large-scale projects, all to ensure smooth execution for our clients.
  • Design, create, and produce workshop materials, ensuring they align with project objectives and client needs.
  • Basic graphic designs for presentations, reports, charts and workshop materials.
  • Attend and actively contribute to client meetings.
  • Prepare proposal documents to support our sales efforts.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience in a junior role, working as part of team in any of these areas: product/market research, project management and / or professional development programme delivery.
  • Research and analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present information effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A team player who can work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Able to manage tasks independently, take opportunities for continuous learning and seek feedback as a tool for growth.
  • Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe) to support content visualisation.
  • Experience with programme or project management tools is a plus.
