Job summary

Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service in Worcester is seeking a permanent Performance Analyst to join the Performance and Information department. The post holder will manage, analyse and provide performance information for internal and external agencies, enabling improved risk data decisions.

We welcome candidates with a degree Level 6 or equivalent experience. Based at Worcester Fire Station, 37 hours per week, permanent role with a clear public-service career path.

Qualifications

• Significant administrative experience managing a database daily.
• Understanding relationships between large datasets to identify drivers of performance changes.
• Experience using a range of programmes and reporting tools for analytics.
• Excellent numerical skills and ability to assimilate, analyse, interpret and present data.
• Good communication to explain outputs and deliver training when required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Evidence of continuous professional development.
