Job summary

Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service is seeking a permanent Performance Analyst to manage, analyse and provide performance information for the organisation and external agencies. The role supports the continuous improvement of risk data and performance reporting from Worcester Fire Station.

The post holder will use a range of software tools to analyse datasets, present findings and train colleagues.

Qualifications

• Significant administrative experience in managing a database daily.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and explain drivers of performance changes.
• Experience with reporting tools and data visualisation software.

Responsibilities

• Manage, analyse and provide performance information for Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service and external agencies.
• Enable the organisation to improve and manage risk data through insights and reporting.
• Communicate analytical outputs and provide training when required.
