Job summary

Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking an LGR Performance Data Analyst based at Hove Town Hall to turn complex data into clear insights, dashboards and performance information for senior stakeholders.

You will develop reporting products aligned to programme priorities, work with services and partner authorities, and use Advanced Excel and Power BI to inform decisions throughout the LGR programme.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with experience in Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Good understanding of performance management, benefits tracking and evidence-based decision-making.
• Experience in a performance, insight, data or analytical role within local government or public sector.
