Job summary

Governance and Business Support (GBS), part of Rochdale's Adult Care Services, is seeking a motivated Performance Data Officer. You will develop, analyse, and disseminate datasets; create user-friendly dashboards to inform service decisions.

You will work with SQL and Power BI, deliver reporting outputs, support continuous improvement, and present insights to senior staff. The role offers a friendly team, flexible hybrid working, and opportunities to grow in data analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience extracting, cleansing and manipulating large datasets.
• Ability to design and develop dashboards and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and disseminate datasets and research for service.
• Write system reports and present user-friendly dashboards.
• Provide performance information and analysis to support decision making.
