Job summary

Untamed is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to drive creator briefs and scale the performance of our UGC and influencer ads on Meta. You will work hands-on from concept to final content, using data to shape the creative direction and ensure briefs meet brand and ASA/CAP guidelines.

You’ll collaborate with the Growth Team, Influencer Marketing Executive and Performance Creative Manager to optimise briefs, scripts, talent and angles, while exploring AI-assisted processes to improve

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in creative strategy, UGC, influencer marketing or paid social.
• Experience creating creator or UGC ads for Meta with results.
• Ability to write briefs and scripts and give clear feedback.
• Strong eye for talent and matching creators to angles.
• Comfort with using performance data to shape creative direction.

Responsibilities

• Briefing: write scripts and open briefs for UGC creators and influencers.
• Creator Matching: pair creators to briefs, scripts, personas and angles.
• Talent Sourcing & Handover: find creators and hand over for negotiation.
• Analysis: review ad account data, spend, CAC and results to guide briefs.
• Ideation: research trends and plan prioritised tests.
• Feedback & Delivery: provide clear feedback and ensure deadlines.
• Editing: edit content in CapCut and assist with Canva/Figma assets.
• Scaling & AI: propose tools to scale, use AI for research and briefs.
