Job summary

Aquatics GB, based in an office in LE11 3QF, is seeking a Performance Services Manager (Centres and Partnerships). This role focuses on coordinating Performance Centres and nurturing partnerships to support world-class training environments and international success.

You will work with coaches, facility providers, universities and performance support teams to ensure efficient operations, budgeting and strategic collaboration across the aquatic pathway.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support operations of Aquatics GB’s Performance Centres.
• Manage key strategic partnerships across the aquatic performance pathway.
• Oversee centre operations, athlete transitions and budget management.
• Drive partnership development and delivery of shared performance services.
• Support project delivery across swimming, para swimming, diving and artistic swimming.
