Everybody Health & Leisure is seeking an inspiring leader to oversee one of the region's largest swim programmes in Cheshire East. The role requires a swimming teaching qualification (e.g., Swim England Level 2) or substantial aquatic programme experience, with an Aquatic Coordinator qualification desirable.
Everybody Health & Leisure in Cheshire is seeking an inspiring and experienced leader to oversee one of the region's largest and most successful swim programmes, supporting over 10,000 swimmers each week. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about aquatics, people development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our swimming programme, leading a team of managers, driving performance, and ensuring our swimmers receive the highest quality experience from their very first lesson through to advanced stages. Applicants should hold a swimming teaching qualification (e.g., Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher) or substantial aquatic programme experience. A Swim England Aquatic Coordinator qualification is desirable but not essential. Location: Cheshire East Hours: 37 hours preferred; however, 30 hours over 4 days may be considered for the right candidate. Contract: Up to 18 months, dependent on the return of the current post holder following maternity leave. Interview Date: w/c 7th Sept 2026
