Aquatics GB, based in an office in LE11 3QF, is seeking a Performance Services Manager (Centres and Partnerships). This role focuses on coordinating Performance Centres and nurturing partnerships to support world-class training environments and international success.

Aquatics GB is seeking a highly organised and proactive Performance Services Manager (Centres and Partnerships) to play a key role in supporting the delivery of our World Class Programmes across swimming, para swimming, diving and artistic swimming.
Location: The normal place of work will be one of the Aquatics GB Offices, LE11 3QF.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (salary dependent on experience)

As Performance Services Manager (Centres and Partnerships), you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the operations of Aquatics GB’s Performance Centres while managing key strategic partnerships across the aquatic performance pathway.
You will play a key role in a diverse portfolio including centre operations, athlete transitions, budget management, partnership development, project delivery and support for shared performance services.
