Job summary

Aquatics GB is seeking a Performance Services Manager (Centres and Partnerships) to support World Class Programmes across swimming, para swimming, diving and artistic swimming. The role focuses on coordinating Performance Centres and developing partnerships with universities, facility providers and Home Nations.

You will manage centre operations, athlete transitions and budgets while ensuring access to world-class training environments and services for athletes and coaches.

About Performance Services Manager (Centres and Partnerships)

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced high-performance environment and enjoys building strong partnerships, managing complex projects and ensuring athletes and coaches have access to world-class training environments. Working closely with coaches, facility providers, universities, Home Nations and performance support teams, you will help ensure our network of Performance Centres and key partnerships operate effectively and continue to provide an outstanding platform for international success.

As Performance Services Manager (Centres and Partnerships), you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the operations of Aquatics GB's Performance Centres while managing key strategic partnerships across the aquatic performance pathway.

You will play a key role in a diverse portfolio including centre operations, athlete transitions, budget management, partnership development, project delivery and support for shared performance services.
