Working closely with coaches, facility providers, universities, Home Nations and performance support teams, you will help ensure our network of Performance Centres and key partnerships operate effectively and continue to provide an outstanding platform for international success.
As Performance Services Manager (Centres and Partnerships), you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the operations of Aquatics GB's Performance Centres while managing key strategic partnerships across the aquatic performance pathway.
You will play a key role in a diverse portfolio including centre operations, athlete transitions, budget management, partnership development, project delivery and support for shared performance services.
