Job summary

Everybody Health & Leisure is seeking an inspiring leader to oversee one of the region's largest swim programmes in Cheshire East. You will drive performance, shape the future of our swimming offering, and ensure swimmers receive the highest quality experience from initial lessons to advanced stages.

The role requires a swimming teaching qualification (e.g., Swim England Level 2) or substantial aquatic programme experience, with an Aquatic Coordinator qualification desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large aquatics programmes or swimming teaching teams.
• Strong people development and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to drive performance and ensure safety and quality across programmes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the swim programme across Cheshire East.
• Lead a team of managers and drive performance.
• Ensure high-quality experience from the first lesson through advanced stages.
