Job summary

Indra Group is seeking a Performance Assurance Manager to oversee obligations under the Proteus contract, ensuring performance requirements are met and governance, evidence, and reporting are robust. The role provides leadership across performance assurance, asset management, lifecycle monitoring and corrective action management.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in performance management or IT service delivery, with strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, Transport Systems, Asset Management or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in performance management, service assurance, asset management, or IT service management in complex tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational coordination of Performance Assurance activities across the service.
• Ensure performance obligations, assurance controls, evidence requirements and governance inputs are clearly defined and actively managed.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery, Asset Management, Technical, Operations and Commercial stakeholders to ensure obligations are understood and delivered.
• Translate complex performance data into clear management insight for stakeholders.
• Maintain robust assurance records, action trackers, issue logs and governance outputs.
