Job summary

Boden Group is seeking an interim Performance Manager to influence operational performance across a major contract. The role is predominantly home-based with travel to sites as required, offering visibility to senior leadership and opportunities to drive improvements.

The successful candidate will develop performance reports, monitor trends, and lead reviews to close gaps, while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance service delivery. The assignment runs through May 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management or similar operational environment.
• Strong analytical, reporting and performance management skills.
• Ability to interpret large volumes of operational data.
• Confident presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with CAFM systems and Power BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce regular operational performance reports.
• Monitor performance trends, identifying risks, issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide accurate reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Lead performance reviews and ensure actions are followed through.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends and underperformance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to improve service delivery and contract performance.
• Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the contract.
