Job summary

Indra Group UK & Ireland is delivering a Transport for London ticketing and access control programme. We seek a Performance Assurance Manager to lead assurance activities, oversee asset lifecycle considerations, and manage data quality to ensure contractual performance and continuous improvement across a large public transport ecosystem.

The role interfaces with Service Delivery, Asset Management, Technical, Operations and Commercial teams, ensuring governance, evidence and action tracking are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Transport Systems, Asset Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in performance management, service assurance, asset management, service delivery, or IT service management.
• Proven experience managing contractual performance obligations, KPIs, SLAs or performance improvement plans.
• Experience with ITIL and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance assurance obligations and ensure compliance with the Performance Assurance Plan and contract requirements.
• Coordinate performance assurance activities across service delivery, asset management and operations.
• Ensure data quality and integrity in governance reporting and decision making.
• Lead or coordinate investigations of asset performance issues and ensure closure with documented actions.
• Maintain records, dashboards and evidence packs to support auditability and client confidence.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying themes and opportunities for service stability.
