The role focuses on defining meaningful performance measures, developing performance frameworks, and using data-driven insights to improve outcomes. You will collaborate with product, delivery, and technical teams to ensure data supports effective decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading performance analysis activities across projects.
• Strong experience developing and implementing performance measurement frameworks.
• Expertise in defining and tracking KPIs, outcomes, benefits, and service performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working within Agile, multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience ensuring data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance analysis activities across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Develop and maintain performance measurement frameworks, including KPIs, outcomes, benefits, and user-focused metrics.
• Help teams define what success looks like and how it should be measured.
• Analyse service and product performance, identifying trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
• Gather reporting requirements and advise on the implementation and validation of performance measurement tools.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of performance data and reporting.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Support project planning and help ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives.
• Share best practice and collaborate with wider analytical communities.
