Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking a Performance Analyst in Telford, offering a hybrid pattern (2 days a week in the office). The role requires SC clearance, is Inside IR35, and runs for 6 months at a daily rate of £350–£390.

You will design and implement analytics frameworks, work with project teams to procure and validate tools, analyse data, and present evidence-based insights to stakeholders to improve service performance in the Making Tax Digital programme.

• Inform the iterative design of the service or product in order to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure data and analysis is of high quality and accuracy, and work with a variety of qualitative and quantitative data.
• Provide challenge from a digital perspective and collaborate with other digital and analytical professions, especially user researchers, to provide collective insights.

Description

Making Tax Digital (MTD) is fundamentally transforming the UK tax system to use digitally integrated tools. MTD is a key part of the government's ambition for the client to become one of the most digitally advanced tax authorities in the world. MTD will make it easier for businesses, self-employed individuals, and landlords to get their tac right first time by integrating tax into their day-to-day business activities through use of software and digital tools. It will create a single, up-to-date view of a customer's tax affairs in one, modern and robust IT System.

This is a pivotal analysis role. You will be responsible for developing performance measurement frameworks and analysing the performance of a service or product against these. Your approach and framework will adapt in line with any changes.
