Job summary

Better Society Capital is seeking a People & Talent Manager on a 12-month contract to lead HR Operations, ER, resourcing, and talent development. You will oversee HRIS, payroll, compliance, and policy updates while partnering with executives to drive transformation.

You will manage four direct reports and help implement new HR processes, including FCA considerations and an upcoming ATS rollout. Hybrid working in London plus homeworking is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven HR Generalist with broad HR experience.
• Experience using HRIS systems and data reporting.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and ER practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR Operations and HRIS reporting for ExCo and planning.
• Manage payroll accuracy and benefits administration with the Payroll & Benefits Officer.
• Advise managers on ER, policy, and practice ensuring compliance with law and policy.
