I am delighted to be supporting a large global telecommunications business to appoint a People Transformation Manager. This is a very exciting time to join a business that is embarking on the delivery of large-scale global change and transformation projects.
As People Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing the delivery of organisation-wide change programmes across HR and wider business areas. You will lead large-scale organisational design projects from start to finish, working alongside your team to support the transformational change of the organisation.
You will collaborate with senior leaders both within and outside of the HR function to deliver transformation projects involving systems, people, and process changes. All projects will align with their strategic people priorities, including workforce management, organisational effectiveness, skills, reward, and employee experience and engagement.
It is essential that you have experience working within a large matrix organisation, leading and managing HR transformation projects with excellent project management skills. You should have end-to-end experience in designing, delivering, and reviewing projects that have driven transformational change. Experience working with HR or as part of an HR team to deliver these projects, with accountability for senior leaders, is required.
This position is ideally suited for an organisational design specialist or a HR professional with extensive experience in large-scale change and transformation projects, particularly those involving organisational design. You should be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, managing expectations, and meeting deadlines.
As a customer-focused organisation, driving a positive employee experience is paramount. You will be able to promote this culture through effective project management. Experience across HR elements such as recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, reward, and organisational effectiveness is desirable.
