THE ROLE
We are lookingfor a highly skilled Senior CPQ/Conga Transformation Manager to join our SalesOperations team at Temenos.

In this role,you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CPQ (Configure, Price,Quote) and Conga solutions, ensuring seamless integration with sales processesand driving efficiency in revenue operations.

The ideal candidate is a strategic anddetail-oriented professional with deep expertise in business process analysisand transformation, particularly within quote-to-cash workflows. You shouldhave comprehensive experience with CPQ systems, strong project managementskills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across IT, Sales, Finance,and Product teams. Additionally, a strong understanding of UX/UI designprinciples and user experience best practices is essential to create seamlessand intuitive quote-to-cash processes
OPPORTUNITIES

  • You will own the end-to-end management of Conga solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • You will leadsystem enhancements, integrations, and optimizations to improve quote-to-cashprocesses
  • You will partner with IT, Sales, Finance, and sales operations teams to identify process gaps and implement system improvements.
  • You will apply UX/UI design principles to enhance the user experience and adoption of CPQ systems.
  • You will develop and implement training programs for sales teams on CPQ/Conga functionalities and best practices.
  • You will driveautomation and efficiency in pricing and quoting processes while maintainingcompliance with company policies.
  • You will collaboratewith internal stakeholders to analyze data and provide insights that enhancesales effectiveness
  • You will lead CPQ-related projects, including new system rollouts, upgrades, and process standardization.
  • You will ensuredata integrity and accuracy within CPQ systems, conducting regular audits andtroubleshooting issues.
  • You will stay updated with CPQ/Conga product updates, emerging trends, and industry best practices.
SKILLS
  • You should have 10 years + of experience in sales and revenue operations, managing business process transformations in software sales, preferably within financial services or SaaS environments.
  • You should have extensive experiencewith Conga CPQ, Conga Composer, Conga Contracts, or similar CPQ solutions.
  • You should have deep understanding ofquote-to-cash (QTC) processes, pricing models, and revenue operations
  • You should have strong knowledge ofUX/UI design principles to enhance the user experience
  • You should have proficiency in Salesforce CRM and its integration with CPQ/Conga solutions.
  • You should have excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives.
  • You should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with expertise in process automation and optimization.
  • You should have effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across IT, Sales, Finance, and other key stakeholders.
  • You should have extensive experience in business process analysis, documentation, training, and change management.
  • You should have ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive continuous improvements.
