Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annum, with remote working (UK-based candidates only) and occasional travel.

Role Overview:

• Ensure IT & Change projects meet business requirements and deliver expected benefits.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope deliverables and manage expectations.
• Manage project budgets to ensure costs are appropriate and within allocated budgets.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project escalation and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with Dynamics 365 highly desirable; experience with similar CRM systems is also relevant.
