You will join at a time of transition, as we strengthen our services, become stronger partners across NHG and enable our leaders to build capability, strengthen performance and deliver good outcomes for our residents. People insights, systems and continuous improvement is a critical part of our work. We're focused on creating a modern, digitally enabled People service that empowers colleagues, improves decision-making and delivers a seamless colleague experience.
The People Digital and Improvement Lead plays a vital role in our delivering our ambitions. This is a broad leadership role for someone who is a capable people manager, who can deliver with and through others and enjoys bringing together systems, data, insights/reporting and improvement activity to drive meaningful change. You'll work closely with colleagues across the people function and the organisation to ensure our people technology, insight and processes support better outcomes for colleagues, managers and the business. Overall, you will help us to work in a smarter way and ensure we have great insight into our people and performance.
