Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to drive large-scale change across our Strategic Planning & Transformation team in London. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex programmes, aligning strategy with practical improvements for residents and colleagues.

You will shape plans involving people, processes, and technology, ensuring delivery on time and budget while embedding new ways of working via change management best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes in complex, regulated environments.
• 5+ years delivering transformational change in large organisations (people/process/tech).
• Programme management qualification such as MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent.
• Commercial acumen with proven business case development and embedding change.
• Structured change management with ADKAR.
• Strong governance experience across programmes.
• Knowledge of multiple delivery approaches (Agile, Waterfall, DSDM).
• Proven stakeholder management including Csuite and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of transformation programmes and projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders and remove blockers.
• Develop plans covering people, process and technology change.
• Ensure change is communicated and adopted across the organisation.
• Create dependency maps and navigate scheduling blockers.
• Maintain cost estimates to support business cases and budgets.
• Identify and manage programme risks with clear ownership.
• Apply NHG methodologies and contribute to process improvements.
• Provide governance through reporting and board updates.
• Collaborate with line managers to set SMART objectives and manage performance.
