Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a senior leader to head the People Digital and Improvement team. You will manage a cross-functional team delivering data-informed insights, dashboards and continuous improvements across HR systems and processes.

You will shape digital strategies, collaborate with HR leaders, and drive efficient, data-driven decision-making across the organisation. This is a hybrid role with a strong focus on delivering value to residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of specialists.
• Significant experience in reporting/insight frameworks and dashboards (PowerBI essential).
• Experience leading HR digital/improvement projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and how tools connect with data.
• Excellent planning and project management across a programme of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of specialists in systems, data, reporting and improvement.
• Oversee HR systems services to support efficient HR functions.
• Shape priorities for system improvements and digital HR enhancements.
• Build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to maximise value from HR tech.
• Lead HR digital and improvement projects, ensuring delivery and adoption.
• Develop reporting and people insight to support informed decisions.
• Promote data governance and reporting standards across the team.
• Drive continuous improvement and simplify processes to improve efficiency and colleague experience.
• Collaborate with HR leaders to identify improvement opportunities and embed change.
