Fortnum & Mason is seeking a People Technology & Insight Manager to lead the roadmap for People technology, enhance reporting and insights, and drive automation and continuous improvement across the People function.

You will shape the roadmap, improve system usage, and deliver new functionality that supports the wider People team and business outcomes, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Formación

• Experience with HRIS platforms, especially PeopleXD.
• Strong analytics skills and ability to turn data into actionable insight.
• Proven track record delivering technology change and business transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery and development of the People technology roadmap.
• Own and optimise the HRIS landscape, ensuring governance and fit-for-purpose systems.
• Drive enhancements, integrations and adoption of automation technologies.
• Develop and evolve reporting and insight capabilities to support decision making.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI and new tech.
