Job summary

Sainsbury's Limited is seeking a Senior People Partner - Technology to collaborate with Directors and Senior Leadership Team stakeholders, translating business priorities into targeted people strategies and plans. You will lead strategic workforce planning, organisational design and change, leveraging data-led insight to drive performance and culture across a fast-moving, matrixed Technology function.

You will coach senior leaders, balance long-term organisational needs with immediate delivery,

Qualifications

• Evidence of operating as a Senior People Partner or Senior HRBP in a complex, fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
• Experience delivering a people strategy directly linked to business performance and measurable outcomes.
• Proven delivery of organisational design and strategic workforce planning.
• Experience using people data and business measures to identify priorities and influence decisions.
• Experience coaching senior leaders on performance, culture, inclusion or risk.
• Experience in a Technology function is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic workforce planning and organisational design within the Technology People function.
• Drive complex change and ensure transformation is embedded through leadership and sustained behaviour change.
• Coach senior leaders to strengthen performance, accountability and inclusion.
• Collaborate with Directors and Senior Leadership Team stakeholders to translate priorities into strategies.
