Standard Life plc is hiring a senior leader to shape and deliver the multi-year People Technology and AI strategy, transforming HR services and the colleague experience. You will own the integrated roadmap, drive platform investments, and balance innovation with risk and cost in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in People Technology, digital transformation or enterprise tech.
• Broad experience with HCM platforms and best-of-breed People technologies.
• Strong technology, data and commercial judgement across AI and automation.
• Proven leadership of product/platform operating models in regulated environments.

Responsabilités

• Shape People Technology and Digital strategy with market insight and feasibility.
• Own multi-year roadmap across Oracle HCM, AI, automation and data.
• Ensure colleague experience and measurable business outcomes are central to tech investments.
• Lead the product/platform operating model with clear accountability across functions.
• Govern AI, automation, and digital demand with prioritisation and governance.
• Collaborate with COEs to underpin tech investment with data and adoption.
