Job summary

Standard Life plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior leader to drive the People Technology and AI strategy. You will lead the People Technology team, shaping the multi-year roadmap and aligning technology investments with business outcomes across HR and enterprise platforms.

The role requires experience in HCM, AI and automation, operating models, with a focus on regulated environments and delivering measurable value. Hybrid work is offered across core locations.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in People Technology or enterprise tech
• Experience with HCM platforms and AI/automation
• Ability to translate strategy into multi-year roadmaps
• Experience working in regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Shape People Technology and Digital strategy with market insight
• Own multi-year roadmap and delivery plans for HCM, AI and integrations
• Ensure colleague experience and business outcomes guide tech investments
• Lead the product and platform operating model across People, IT and Data
• Govern AI, automation, digital demand and investment portfolio
• Partner with People Operations to align tech with processes
• Collaborate with Group IT on roadmaps and third-party management
• Maintain oversight of cost, risk, security and data privacy
• Represent the roadmap in enterprise forums
• Lead a high-performing People Technology team
