Job summary
Standard Life is seeking a senior leader to shape and deliver a multi-year People Technology and AI strategy, transforming HR services and experience across the organisation. You will lead the People Technology team and govern the enterprise tech roadmap, data, AI, and integrations to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications
- Significant senior leadership experience in People Technology or enterprise tech.
- Experience translating strategy into multi-year roadmaps and delivery.
- Broad experience with HCM platforms, AI, automation, and data governance.
Responsibilities
- Shape People Technology and Digital strategy with market insight and feasibility.
- Own multi-year roadmap and delivery across Oracle HCM and related tech.
- Ensure colleague experience and business outcomes drive technology investments.
- Lead product and platform operating model across People, IT, Data, Cyber and Risk.
- Govern AI, automation, and portfolio prioritisation with stakeholders.
- Partner with People Operations to underpin processes with trusted data and adoption.
- Collaborate with Group IT and Digital teams on enterprise roadmaps and third-party management.
- Maintain oversight of cost, delivery, security and regulatory obligations.
- Advise senior People leaders and represent the roadmap in enterprise forums.
- Lead a high-performing team and develop capabilities for the future.
