Job summary

DEA Aviation Ltd. in Lincoln, UK seeks a proactive People and Talent Coordinator to coordinate end-to-end recruitment, manage HRIS data, and drive employer branding to support growth and an exceptional employee experience.

The role covers onboarding/offboarding, contract administration, psychometric testing coordination, and interview enablement, working across HR and Talent Acquisition with a strong emphasis on data privacy and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration, talent sourcing, recruitment coordination or dual HR/TA support.
• Hands-on experience issuing employment contracts, managing HR systems (HRIS) and using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with psychometric testing tools and producing structured interview guides.
• Experience creating engaging content and job advertisements for social media and job boards.
• Ability to identify candidate profiles with specific technical skills, qualifications, certifications and industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Issue and manage employment contracts, offer letters and variations with high attention to detail.
• Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS ensuring privacy compliance.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, pre-employment checks and right-to-work verifications.
• Coordinate interview guides, psychometric assessments and interview scheduling.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and networks; liaise with TA Specialists and Hiring Managers.
• Create and post engaging job adverts and employer branding content across channels.
• Attend recruitment events and support branding initiatives.
