Dore Partnership, a global specialist executive search firm, seeks an HR Coordinator in London to support UK hiring, onboarding, and people initiatives. You will work with the US HR team, hiring managers, and heads of function to coordinate recruitment, development programs, and employee relations.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years in HR or recruitment, with strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 0–2 years of HR, recruitment, or related experience.
  • Foundational understanding of, and curiosity about, talent acquisition, UK employment law, learning and development, international hiring, and UK immigration — prior exposure in any of these is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end Talent Acquisition for UK hiring, including job postings, CV review, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
  • Assist Talent Development initiatives, coordinate training and collect feedback on programs.
  • Support HR Operations: induction logistics, immigration and mobility activity, and policy documentation upkeep.
  • Assist Employee Relations with day-to-day HR matters under senior guidance.
