Job summary

Dore Partnership, a global executive search firm, is seeking an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to support UK people functions across talent acquisition, development, and employee relations.

You will work closely with the US HR team, hiring managers and operational heads to coordinate recruitment, onboarding and people processes, while helping deliver learning initiatives and ensure compliant UK employment practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or HR/recruitment background is required.
• 0–2 years of HR, recruitment, or related experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for UK hiring including job postings, CV review, interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Support sourcing across the UK and international markets, focusing on graduate and early-career pipelines.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for external recruiting agencies and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Assist with onboarding, learning initiatives, and talent processes across the firm.
• Support UK immigration and HR policy upkeep as needed.
