Job summary

Lovey is seeking a HR and Recruitment Advisor to support all aspects of human resources operations in Birmingham City Centre. The role is permanent, full-time and office-based, offering salary between £28,000 and £35,000 per year.

• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of HR disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive range of generalist HR services to management and staff.
• Support onboarding documents and reference checks for new hires.
• Assist with ER cases and employee relations matters.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Coordinate payroll data entry onto the HRIS and support payroll monthly processes.
• Support recruitment activities and interview coordination.
• Attend recruitment events and assist with job descriptions and approvals.
