Job summary

Travelodge Hotels Limited is seeking a People Systems Coordinator in the United Kingdom to collaborate with the People Systems Manager on the HRIS roadmap and drive enhancements based on user feedback. You will assist with project planning, documentation, and automation opportunities.

You will also contribute to training materials and user guides for new features and ensure effective implementation within the HRIS system environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with system coordination, project management, or a similar background.
• Exposure to HR systems and data management.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
• 3 month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the HRIS system roadmap with the People Systems Manager.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements, innovations and automation.
• Support planning and execution of projects and maintain feature documentation.
• Create training materials and user guides for new features.
