Job summary

TFE Hotels seeks a People & Capability Specialist to coordinate HR, administration, and payroll across UK hotel locations. You will manage contracts, HR data, reporting, audits, liaise with authorities and external partners, and support recruitment and onboarding as well as learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Commercial vocational training in HR or Hospitality (ideally)
• At least 1 year of experience in HR administration
• Ideally a basic understanding of employment law

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for HR, payroll, and administrative matters
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation
• Manage HR data, reporting, and quality assurance, including audits
• Liaise with authorities, health insurance providers, and external stakeholders
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes
• Contribute to learning, engagement, and broader HR initiatives
• Participate in projects and help improve HR processes
