Job summary

CPM UK is seeking a Project & System Support Executive to join the People Services team on a 6 month fixed-term contract, helping implement a new HRIS and related systems. Salary is £32,000 pro rata, with a 37.5 hour week and hybrid working (3 days in the office) in Stokenchurch, HP14.

You will coordinate testing, data readiness, configuration and documentation, working with system providers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation and ongoing process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting projects, system implementations or business change.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with system testing, UAT or defect management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn new systems, technology and processes.
• MS 365 and Excel proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative and adaptable to a changing environment.
• Experience in HR, Recruitment, Learning or People systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing activity with test plans, scripts, scenarios and timelines.
• Conduct system and end-to-end process testing and record results.
• Maintain defect and issue logs, following actions through to resolution.
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies and milestones.
• Support system configuration, validation, user profiles and permissions.
• Support data validation and integration testing.
• Create and maintain process guides, SOPs, FAQs and training materials.
• Work with stakeholders and system providers to support implementation.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve People processes.
