About The Role

People Systems Administrator - Fixed Term from January for 6 months.

We have an exciting opportunity for a People Systems Administrator with UKG systems experience to join our People team on a fixed term basis.

This is a hybrid working role based at our Head Office in Crawley, Monday to Friday reporting into our People Business Partner.

You will provide full People systems administrative support, including onboarding, employee relations, payroll and reporting. As well as providing first level People advice to employees and generalist support to the Senior People Business Partners and Regional People Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management and maintenance of the HR Information System (UKG)
  • Collate new starter information and set up of new staff personnel files
  • Receive and process staff detail amendments including leavers and update personnel files
  • Communication of all staff amendments to payroll by cut-off date
  • Update electronic HR records on a weekly basis
  • Update FTE report from staff amendment forms and staff rota information
  • Maintenance of staff personnel files through the HR system.
  • Produce monthly MI trackers / reports
  • Draft letters to support performance management, disciplinary, grievance, attendance and capability processes
  • Administer the performance appraisal process and documentation
  • Assist in the inductions of new Head Office staff
  • Contribute to the development and review of current HR administration processes to meet the changing requirements of the business

About You
  • Proficient use of UKG HR Information System (Essential)
  • Have experience working within an HR role and / or holding or working towards CIPD qualification (Desirable)
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
  • Strong ability to multitask and build relationships with various departments
