We have an exciting opportunity for a People Shared Services Team Lead to join our People Team who sit within the People directorate here at The London Clinic. This role is based at our head office in London (NW1 4LJ) on a hybrid working model, and we are offering a competitive salary on a 12-month FTC.

Job Description
You will be responsible for the leadership and management of The London Clinic's New Starter's compliance process, ensuring that new starters (permanent, fixed term contracts and bank) recruitment checks are complete and in accordance to agreed SLAs, processes and policies.
You will also be responsible for the leadership and management of The London Clinic's People Team enquiries, ensuring that all in person, telephone and email enquiries regarding the employee life cycle are dealt with promptly and in accordance to agreed SLAs, processes and policies.
Responsible for Line Manager duties such as managing AL, appraisals and compliance of SMTs for People Shared Services Team.
You'll manage the auditing and maintain employee personnel files on SharePoint and other HR records, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate and accessible to members of the team as required. You will manage the Visa Sponsorship process for New Starters and current employees who require a Skilled Worker Visa to work in the UK.
