Job summary

One Care seeks a People Services Coordinator to provide pragmatic HR and recruitment support, with a focus on coordinating recruitment and onboarding and smooth day-to-day HR processes. You will work with the Director of People and Culture to own HR and recruitment procedures and help embed continuous improvement across the People function.

Qualifications

• Experience as a HR or recruitment coordinator.
• Experience managing several activities or vacancies simultaneously.
• Experience providing a responsive service to managers, candidates or customers.
• Experience maintaining confidential records and documentation.
• Desirable experience using NHS Jobs.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment coordination from approval to appointment and candidate communications.
• Candidate and interview administration and right-to-work checks as required.
• Offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding documentation and setup.
• Wider People Services coordination and maintaining records and processes.
• Support office facilities and continuous-improvement initiatives within People Services.
