Job summary

Claire House is seeking a organised People Coordinator to provide practical HR guidance and high-quality coordination across the charity. You will support managers and staff, coordinate recruitment and payroll activity, and maintain accurate people records.

You will lead on routine employee relations cases with support and guidance, ensuring onboarding and contracts are prepared and processes run smoothly. Join a team dedicated to safeguarding children and families.

Qualifications

• Experience providing first-line HR advice to managers and employees.
• Ability to support and resolve routine employee relations cases.
• Experience coordinating recruitment, DBS and Right to Work checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR guidance to managers and staff.
• Lead on less complex employee relations cases through to resolution.
• Coordinate recruitment activity and onboarding processes.
