Job summary

onlyFE is seeking a People Services Team Lead to drive the recruitment, payroll administration and workforce data services across the College. You will report to the Director of People and lead and develop the Recruitment, Payroll & Workforce Data Officer team, delivering high performance and an excellent customer experience for staff, managers and candidates.

The role covers standards, data integrity, SCR maintenance, monthly payroll, and KPI reporting to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior HR/People Services operational role.
• Experience managing or supervising a team and delivering KPI reports to senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law, GDPR and data protection in HR/payroll.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Recruitment, Payroll & Workforce Data Officer team (2 posts).
• Establish metrics to measure customer satisfaction for People Services delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and monthly payroll processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain SCR and ensure data integrity and security across HR systems.
• Deliver workforce reports and KPI insights to senior leaders and Governors.
