The Alcohol & Drug Service (ADS) is a registered charity transforming lives affected by drugs and alcohol misuse for over 40 years. We are seeking an enthusiastic HR generalist to support policies, procedures and compliance, delivering a high-quality colleague experience.

The People Services Co-ordinator administers HR functions, works with HR systems, supports employee relations and helps foster a compliant and engaged workplace culture. Hybrid working is available after induction.

Qualifications

• Must hold CIPD Level 3 qualification and be able to work independently with self-motivation.
• Experience supporting HR administration, policies, and procedures in a generalist role.
• Ability to contribute to a compliant, positive, and engaged workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR functions with discretion, accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team and employees.
• Support employee relations activities and policy adherence.
• Assist with onboarding and development activities and maintain HR records.
